The Three R’s that Get Results for Leaders and Boards:
Roles, Responsibilities, and Relationships

    National Charter Collaborative - March 27, 2024

In this 90-minute session, participants will explore The Three R’s that Get Results for Leaders and Boards:  Roles, Responsibilities, and Relationships.  The presenter—a veteran educational leader and executive coach—will lead participants in taking a closer look at The Three R’s to build capacity in support of single site charter schools.  Peppered with examples, anecdotes, and promising practices, the session will outfit single site charter school leaders of color with a toolkit of tips and resources to work effectively and efficiently with members of your board. School leaders are encouraged to invite board members to join them if they have availability.
